It also will make fertilizerf and compost from and recycle effluent waterfor re-use on farms, said R-Qubee President Eduardo Rodriguez. “The plant will help dairt operations deal with environmental issues caused by manure piling up on the Rodriguez said.
“The manure releases methane, a greenhouse gas, and it endangers waterf resources throughstorm runoff. By recyclingg the manure, we’ll also reducr odor and fly populations significantly.”
