Of Rio Salado's 62,000 students, 28,00o0 take courses online. Glasper said he hasn't even gottejn that far into discussionswith Clifford. "We've never had that he said. Clifford had sent a letter of intent to Glaspedon Jan. 15, offering to pay $400 million for Rio Salado, or $5,00p per student, whichever is greater.
