Appointex to the Santa Claraz County Municipal Courtin 1990, Hyman was appointed to the Superior Courtg for Santa Clara County in 1997. In 1999, he created the Juvenilse Delinquency Court for the Domestic Violence and Famil y Violence programs in SantaClara County, the first of its kind in the Unitesd States.
