SoHo owner Danielk Gray, former general manager of the Loft Galler and Lounge onHotel Street, said he was approached by Union Mill Investmentf to open a new venue in the Gray plans to open part of the lounge — 3,00 square feet — for this month’s First Friday event downtown, and open the remaining spac e in August. Gray describes the new venuer as a mixof music, performances, fashion and photographyh in a trendy and upscalee setting.
